Sales Representative in Germantown, WI
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for positioning yourself as an Account Manager, assisting with managing customer accounts with an emphasis on driving lasting relationships, customer satisfaction, and professional brand representation. This is done by providing solutions tailored to customer needs. The Sales Associate will be expected to interface and proactively engage with other departments and all levels of the organization to meet customer needs and drive sales.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers
- To address and meet customers' needs
- Team and collaborate with departments to understand solution ppportunities to impact customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide added value at customer sites and support for implementation, implementation and retention / sales growth related projects
- Contribute to implementation, retention and growth
- Consistently meet activity goals and daily metrics
- Establish customer and market priorities for sales managers
- Manage program implementation for new customers

- Minimum of 2-3 years of business experience or a related field
- Ability to work independently with minimum daily supervision

Pay: $600.00 - $700.00 per week
